'Clochemerle' is actually a chronicle of a small town in southern France, which is moved by one thing: the placement of a urinal on the village square. It's not just about the 'public good', as claimed by Mayor Piechut, but mainly about a pre-election move. The municipal urinal divides locals into two irreconcilable camps - particularly the local spinster, Eulálie Čubíková, protests against its existence as she mainly minds that gentlemen show 'everything' there. On the contrary, proponents of this public construction point out how the urinal benefits everyone. Everything goes so far that after a brawl in a church, where the pastor Calaba preaches against the urinal, troops are called to the town to 'restore order'...
The star of the musical company, Stanislava Topinková Fořtová, shines in the role of Eulálie Čubíková!
