Shooting Hedda Gabler

A former teenage star from America has been cast by an eccentric director in the lead role in a film adaptation of Hedda Gabler, for which she has travelled to Norway. This new take on Henrik Ibsen’s classic drama, written by British playwright Nina Segal and performed by a first-class ensemble featuring Marta Dancingerová as Hedda, has been directed by Jiří Havelka and hailed by critics as “a witty and chilling drama”.
